Our Crowdfunding Campaign

.

Xander’s Water presents a chance for partners to acquire a stake in the company’s profits through crowdfunding. The first phase of this offering is structured with various partner packages.

All Company Profits will be divided as follows:

🔺Profit Allocation % Allocation

🔺Phase 1 Partner Pool 15%

🔺Phase 2 Partners Pool 10%

🔺Business Expansion 25%

🔺Company Profit Retained 25%

🔺Charitable Ventures 20%

🔺Other 5%

Partners are entitled to a portion of the Company Profit from the Phase 1 Partner Pool allocation. For example, a Gold Package Phase 1 Partner is entitled to a share of the Company Profit, calculated as 15% (Phase 1 Partners Pool) x 1% (Gold Package) = 0.15%. The entitlements for Phase 1 Partners extend to all future profits from all future water factories based on the percentages indicated above.

The funds received will be allocated for the following purposes:

🔺Purchasing a factory for water processing, packaging, and distribution, including land, building, and equipment under a freehold purchase contract.

🔺Covering startup costs, such as preparing the factory, purchasing trucks, equipment and miscellaneous costs.

🔺Meeting initial operating costs until Xander’s Water becomes self-funding, including but not limited to administration and licensing costs

Xander’s Water will deduct operating expenses from revenue every quarter to calculate the company’s profit. The profit allocated to the partners will be determined based on the Phase 1 Partners Pool and Partners Package allocation. Partners will receive their share of the profit payment every quarter.

Xander’s Water is committed to utilising partner funds in accordance with the representations made;

🔺operating with the highest level of integrity;

🔺protecting the interests of its partners;

🔺providing a high level of communication and transparency regarding the status of Xander’s Water, its operation and the use of the partner funds.

🔺Forecasted growth: The Nigerian water sachet market is expected to experience continued growth at a compound annual growth rate of approximately 8% over the next five years. This growth is driven by the increasing demand for clean and safe drinking water, as well as the shift towards smaller, more convenient packaging.

Our water sachet business is well-positioned to capitalise on the predicted market growth.

🔺 How is the water purified?

Xanders Water will employ a multi-step process to clean the water, which involves filtration to eliminate large particles and sediment, chemical treatment to eradicate any bacteria and viruses, and additional purification through reverse osmosis, UV light, or ozone treatment to remove remaining contaminants. The purified water is then stored under sterile conditions before being packaged in sachets.

🔺 Is the sachet packaging recyclable?

At the start, plastic packaging will be utilised, but we plan to transition to eco-friendly packaging that can biodegrade naturally in the environment, leading to less waste and pollution.

🔺 Why was the factory idle for 2 years?

The factory was closed for 2 years due to ineffective offshore management, resulting in poor quality and decreased production.
